Lady's Mirror Lake

Lady s mirror lake

Nestled into the Grimwall Mountains, the Lady’s Mirror Lake is named for the Goddess Illandra. It is said that the Goddess used to hunt in the hills and mountains while she dwelt in Faeregoth, and would often bathe in the cold, reflective waters of the mountain lake. The lake is quite large and fed by mountain streams. It empties into the Laurelwine River, at the mouth of which can be found the halfling village of Laurel Hill, and flows north to join the Vermillion River within the Briarwood. The lake is bordered on its eastern edge by the Fens of the Dead and surrounded by the Grimwall Mountains to the west and south.
